Duddingston Loch

A very tranquil evening spent in the late evening Sun photographing the birds around the loch at Duddingston. I love this place, so quiet yet so close to Edinburgh centre, though it is a pain on weekdays when everyone drives home through it.

Still on film at the minute though I think I have found the root of the problem with the digital compact. The batteries aren't charging in the quick charger but they seem to work in the slow charger. Will see tomorrow if I am right. Also, if there is not much charge left inthe camera the computer reports that the device has malfunctioned even though it hasn't really, which is a relief!
