Xiaolongbao

I went to my favorite Chinese (Shanghainese) restaurant today. The food is always fantastic without fail. These are their signature menu 'Xiaolongbao'. Minced pork and soup inside... mmm... delicious with some old ginger and black vinegar. In the restaurant through the glass windows, you can see how they make those dumplings and it looks just like magic.

It was quite a successful day at work and good ending with some delicious food. One more day until the weekend!
