On top of the world

We drove back from Cheshire this afternoon. Thank you very much to M and A for letting us stay :)

It was hot in the car on the journey home. Grace slept for a lot of the journey, but was very upset and uncomfortable by the time we got to Hartside Pass, so we stopped for a break and I changed Grace's smelly nappy and sweaty clothes. She was hungry and thirsty so she ate a banana and had a nice drink of water to keep her going till teatime. Then we all sat on the wall, enjoyed a breath of fresh air and took in the panoramic view which, for once, wasn't obscured by fog!
