Tips?

A buddy of mine who is a bathroom attendant had to post this because he said over the last couple of years more and more people were just taking the things around the sink instead of tipping appropriately. Really? It's come down to this? Why does it surprise me that people are showing less and less common sense around us? I mean this guy spends his hard earned money to go and buy these things to help out with a convenience at an inconvenient time for some poor sap and that ass doesn't even take the time to take care of the guy who helped him out? Bunch of savages!
