In The Style Of - Assignment 31 Round Up

Hello Blippers, Dolcezza here covering a round up of assignment 31! What a creative assignment topic to celebrate Blip's second birthday and a great opportunity to pay homage to your fellow Blippers - by photographing in their style!

Blipping 'in the style of' another means branching out of your comfort zone and digging into a fellow Blippers' style - trying to understand what they are trying to achieve, not just replicate their technique. Personally, I found this assignment a bit challenging, there were so many great Blippers to choose from, but I finally settled on Missing's minimal leaf shot.

Isherwood blipped a favourite shot, in the style of Missing.

Poppins humbly shot in the beautiful style of Biscuits.

Portobelloman paid warm homage to Shy.

Shy blipped in the style of Heko and Biscuits.

Kdoes successfully captured Treegonk's classic drive-by style perfectly.

Dark stepped out of his comfy chair and stepped into the world of action figure toys inspired by Shade.

Look paid homage to Tuscon Jim's colourful landscape shots.

Missing captured a shot in the dreamy and beautiful style of Luis Miguel Reininho.

My aim is true promises no kidnapping was involved in photographing in the style of A Dog's Dinner!!

Barking blipped in the style of my very red and minimalist pasta shot and Dark's superb city capture.

Cyclops and Gabbahey blipped in the style of fun loving and currently missing from Blip Bitblonde.

The Dugs Paw captured 48703's angled shot right on!

Back in 5. Or tomorrow blipped in the always creative style of The Life of Lauren.

On a final note, it is clear that we Blippers definitely have our unique styles. It was nice to step out of our own comfort zone and reflect upon capturing another Blipper's style. Hope everyone enjoyed this inspiring assignment as much as I did!
