Full Moon Rising-3

Didn't think I would get another shot of the moon full (well almost full). It happened by accident; as I had been working late, I was walking home about 7:00PM and glanced over the harbour and saw a glow in the clouds and realized it was the moon. I only had the G11 with me and no tripod so I propped it up on the road berm in the right position with some loose paper from my pocket and used the self-timer. Someday I will get a rice bag and keep it in the bottom of my camera bag.

I realized that I have used 3 different cameras for the moon shots. They each have their strengths and I find it makes a difference how I try to capture an image using the strengths of the individual cameras.
