TIMBER!!!!!!!!!!!

Todays skill to learn...chainsawing! Though with Bonsai Design we try and keep trees healthy and save as many as we can, we do take down the occasional tree in order to keep the forest and our courses safe. So this morning in 28? (-2? for all you foreigners) with snow falling pretty hard we had a chainsaw class. We took down about 6 trees and learned different methods. I completely took apart a chainsaw and then put it back together...that was pretty awesome!

I also found out today that I am going to be leaving West Virginia and going to Seven Springs, Pennsylvania for 4 months to build a canopy tour over a ski slope! Talk about awesome!
