View from the rec.

This is the view across the allotments from the Recreation ground in my home town. It's on one of our regular dog walking routes. You can see our beautiful church in the background, which was built when Northleach was a thriving wool town.

I'm fortunate to live in one of the prettiest areas in the country. Just a shame it's so far away from the mountains and the coastline.
Perhaps that's the reason I spend my holidays on the sea, at the beach or on a hill...have to feed my soul somehow.
