fishes

Today was the first time I've ever bought dead fish. I was going to a shop after work and asked my flatmate if she wanted anything and she said: "like a white fish, to cook, not with eyes or anything, in bits to cook already. I think it starts with a p." With some help we narrowed that description down to pollock fillets. Which i managed to get her though i was a bit squeamish doing so. I've been a veggie since i was so young and I've never really eaten fish - my dad keeps lots of fish (live!) and it just seems wrong!!!!
