Today's the day ......................... for comfort food

Right - I've had enough now.....

Enough of slipping and sliding on pavements and roads that are like ice-rinks - only more dangerous because they have lumps in. The local Council hasn't a clue how to cope with snow + pedestrians. No surface is ever cleared and everything ends up like polished glass as the snow gets compacted. You have to take your life in your hands to negotiate the car park at work without ending up on your backside.

Just as well we are having sausage, beans and chips for tea - to try and raise the spirits a bit ......................
