Yummy yummy!

Another tight crop tonight, I'm thinking of a food calendar!! My son made these gorgeous filo pastry tarts today at school, they really were scrumptious so it was the perfect blip.

We don't usually get to taste very much that he makes as it's often eaten before it even leaves school! This however made it home in one piece - it has fruit on and therefore scares the hell out him!! He used to be really good with fruit and veg but as soon as he became a teenager and grew a second head it all changed. Now anything beyond an apple or banana is frowned upon and just don't get me started on any veg other than peas and broccoli!

Off out to the quiz tonight hoping to get my usual one answer right. I like to think that my presence alone is all that's needed well they don't ask me to go for my brain power and that my ability to hold a pen and copy write the answer down is a major contribution.
