pride and

to warm the house up today i went for a walk. out onto some fields and slipperyness.

i had a title all worked out for the image and when it came to it i couldn't remember the second half of it.

the pride bit comes from a pride in myself for getting out for the walk, at a time when feelings of hibernation and doing nothing are very strong.

there was another section to the image title and my day and still it doesn;t return to my now concious thought.

i'll leave it open. will wine help to relaxed tense muscles, to help old thoughts return.
