Of no obligations.

Tomorrow I will be doing laundry, shopping, packing and generally prepping for my trip to San Diego. I leave Thursday and when I return I am back to work.

I had my final check up today and my surgeon says I am good to go with some limitations. He wants me to minimize lifting and especially anything not in a natural range, over head and bending over to pick something up are no-nos.

The weather is getting wet over the next couple of days so it is a great time to head south for some warmth.
