Progress!

Slow but sure! I have been working on my needlepoint voraciously, but being 18 count canvas, it's not fast. I have done some of the trees in the upper right hand corner. I have been experimenting with shading since this piece has so much subtle shading in it. I have been blending threads and colors much like an artist does. So far, it's pretty much doing what I want it to. Now to go to work on the house. It has a chimney, roof line, and front door. Got to put up the walls, put in the windows, and shingle the roof. Never thought I would like building houses, but I love it! Onward and upward!
