Lunch with a lensbaby

I bought this Lensbaby a year or more ago and I've taken less than a hundred pics with it. (Haven't really liked the results).
Reading the Lensbaby blog, there are some stunning examples on there, but they all recommend lots of practice with it. Obviously I've been a lazy bugger up to now.
