Chocolate fudge hot-pot pudding

Sophie came home from school a bit miffed that Jonathan was off school again (ear-ache in the other ear and more medicine from the doctor) so we made a pudding together. Or rather Sophie made the pudding whilst I made encouraging noises. She did a great job. It was delicious and had a sauce under the pudding that oozed out as it was served. Yum.
