Trapped

Spent today trapped in my hall, painting. I am such a slow decorator. Its a good job its not my job.

Exciting being home during the day though. Spotted a window cleaner who does tenements, got the number, my windows really need washed. Learned more about the Queen from Radio 4. Treated my unsuspecting neighbour to my 'fine' signing voice (had to keep my spirits up as the unpainted doors loomed before me).

I'm a stuck record but coffee was the best part of the day. Feet up, watching the world go by, I saw these balloons trapped in the shopping centre. Felt some empathy.
