The Rangiora Courthouse

This is another of our towns buildings recently closed down by the earthquakes. Built in 1893 this courthouse turned into the busiest in the region after the February earthquake and some days you would go passed and see four of the Police vans for carrying prisoners parked outside.
One day people turned up for work and were told sorry the building doesn't meet the code.
This building is meant to reopen in about a years time after strengthening work but that doesnt look to have started just yet.
