Fog and Frost

As we came down the Blue Mountains to Pendleton on our way to Seattle we were met with a huge bank of fog. The region between there and Yakima was lovely cold frosted plants and fields in low light fog. Just lovely!

Seattle was blue and clear, a welcome "welcome home"! Baby Pika across from us on the dock at 7 weeks old is so beyond the newborn we left - it is a delight to have a new little boy right here! Now we are shuffling through the piles of stuff, and mail and all that one faces after any time away. Too much stuff!
