bald eagle
Today we drove the forest service road up Hill 60. On the road was a carcass of a large animal like a horse or cow. Some people dump their garbage along the forest service roads.
On the return trip two bald eagles, ravens, crows and turkey vultures had gathered for a meal. We were able to photograph the bald eagles, one mature and the second one immature.
