Enough dog walking cover today for me to have a morning off.

Cycled to work.

Work was a clinic of character.

My back is still not good so instead of the usual run I headed round Arthur Seat with Wingpig. He danced on the pedals as I took the grunt and keep going approach. Great fun 2 laps and it was a cracking day.

In the changing rooms I witnessed a man drying his armpits with the hair dryer, bizarre.

Cycled home and then cycled to a football committee meeting,
