Snow in London is something else! We joined the delighted thousands and walked in the winter wonderland of Hyde Park, admiring the variations on the snowman theme.

The Serpentine (as seen in front of Sienna as she walks through a tunnel) was mostly frozen although two of my children swam in it yesterday morning with their father as part of the 'open water/coldwater/we are nuts' group that swims there every morning! It will be quite different when we go to watch the Olympic Women's Open Water final there in August!

Then it was a stroll around the Science and Natural History Museums before the drive north.

Very happy - London has left us refreshed, enthused and brimming with ideas for our work ahead...
