The Artist

Had a lovely day with Archie today.

He played in the remaining snow with a two of his local Friends (Fudge and Angus) and had a great time. I got some really good pictures of the dogs and the light coming through the bare trees on the outskirts of the field, but on our walk back home I spotted this brave painter.

The wind at the top of this hill is incredible, it's so strong that the trees grow at an angle, and it was bitter cold. He'd been painting for 3 hours and was just packing up as I took this picture. I don't know how he stood the cold and wind for such a long time.
