Frozen to the spot..........!!

The icy temperatures still persist day and night here in Hampshire. The moat around Fort Brockhurst is covered in ice apart from a 20 mtr area close to the service entrance.

This Mallard was stood on the edge of the ice, letting the ripples of water wash over his feet.

I was wondering, if he stood there for long enough, would his feet turn Blue due to the cold.......???

Or,

just get a brighter shade of Red......???

Bigger, Brighter Red feet...........
