Craigmillar Castle

Monday morning has brought the return of something like a feeling of normality, combined with a decent amount of time first thing to take some exercise. As I was due at meeting at Little France at 10am, it made sense to take the scenic route via Porty Prom and Craigmillar Castle (somewhere we have never visited during our time in Edinburgh). In fact, I'm not sure this route took that much longer than the so-called direct route, but it was certainly less choked with traffic and it didn't involve very much serious uphill at all, which is quite good. I'll come this way again, I think.

The rest of the day is a Monday. As many on this site would comment, that really is all that can be said about it.
