Yes, more Hake

Supper in Coltman's in Peebles with friends from Aberdeen. It doesn't seem that long since I had never tasted hake, but it is now one of my favourite dishes. This was with a mussel cream sauce, and hake goes very well with mussels, as I had discovered on madame's birthday in December.
