Myblood pressure read 121/ 60 and the young lady doctor said that I was fit.

When I was discharged after 4 hours in the A&E (that will be ER to my American friends), she said that migraines could last 4 to 5 days. Except that I don't have a headache ...never had one... and 19 hours after its sudden onset, I am still partially sighted in both eyes.

I can no longer see your blips on my smartphone and can only see them badly on the computer. My world in general has now lost its detail and I can barely follow the written word. B****r! I write software for a living.

Still I went for a wander and was determined to catch some colours and may have entered someone's private land without permission, to shoot this. I didn't want to use the caption, "Bridges of Midlothian County - 3.1", because only geeks would find that funny.

A partially sighted blipper is not much use. And so if any of you know an Opthalmologist in Edinburgh who will see me at short notice, I will wash their and your cars and dogs for the rest of my time in this city. I will be ringing around tomorrow.
