fun in the kitchen

I'm not much of a cook it has to be said, but I can make a pretty good seafood stir fry. It was good to be in kitchen, doing something positive after all the aches and pains of yesterday.

Tomorrow I go back to the doctor to sort out what's going on cancer-wise and also to address the pain management issues. Not sure how I feel about the former but not much I can do to change things either. At least I won't be trudging through the snow to get there as we've only had rain today.
