Picked yesterday

I've been away for a while and it's taken a while to get back into the various routines of my life. Two I love are being in the garden, and my painting. I managed to combine them this weekend.

Yesterday's tidy up session in the garden included pruning a rose which had some lovely voluptuous rosehips. One became the subject of a little warm up exercise in the studio today.
