Strange Day

Felt very chronic fatiguey today for the first time in a long time. I was so miserable looking that a charity mugger looked very concerned and asked me what was wrong. Should have gone for a hug as she was a bit of a cutey :P

The photo is of the river, which was swollen but strangely not flowing. I suspect there had been a whole load of rain falling on Inverness, but nothing coming down from the loch, or maybe the eclipse made for a funny tide. Anyway, the picture captures how I felt at that moment, having just come from citizen's advice, feeling unable to volunteer in the afternoon.

Met up with my new special friend for drinks later though, and she lifted my spirits considerably. Tis quite a gift.
