Who was sitting in my seat

Woodstock always looks Christmas card pretty in the snow and took several of the little cottaged streets before I came across this empty seat that had been moved from outside a local pub and placed immediately in front of the town hall -just as it is pictured here.

Sparked all sorts of questions about who sat there last night!
