Egyptian Lunch

I went to Simon's for lunch today before heading out to the BCA to watch a rugby match. Simon is all about fresh and healthy food, so he had some Red Sea fish barbecued, warmed up some koshary (the rice), and heated some strange combination of veggies. Paired with Sakara, Egyptian beer, it was the quintessential Egyptian meal. He even warmed the plates in his oven, good man.
