Not so lazy a Sunday...

I've had a wonderful Sunday so far... Up this morning for a quick 8 mile run. Although my body could tell I've been over-indulging the alcohol this weekend...it seemed harder than last week and my legs are tired now.

My folks then drove up from the Borders and took me out for lunch at the Cramond Inn. Steak and Ale pie, and ginger and butterscotch pudding later, we took Misty for a walk along the beach.

I'm now sat on the sofa for the second half of the rugby. Marvellous stuff! Ireland scored a try at the end of the first half so I'm happy!
