prunus incisa?

This is one of the flowers on the tree that features in the foreground of yesterday's blip. We looked it up in the RHS Encyclopaedia and think it is a prunus, probably incisa. It has been flowering for at least a month.

Unlike other places, Glasgow is enjoying a mild, sunny, dry day. My friend and now also my blip friend, shotlandka, longs for snow and frost so that she can get some wintry shots. She takes brilliant pictures anyway, have a look.
