Sunday fun in the snow

8am.... "mummy.. Look at the snow!!". I've never seen Rachel get dressed that quick as she took Poppy out to play in the snow. My heart went out to her as i watched through the window as she was making snow angels on her own.

I grabbed my snow gear, the sledge and we ventured up to the pocket park, collecting children on the way.

I've not had this much fun in a long time. We had a snowball fight, went sledging and we all made a huge snowman.

Amazing what a sprinkle of snow can do eh?
