Uff..
I am (as to be expected) an other (and again) victim of our (chinese) cheerful bureauocracy:
My visa expires today (!!!).
#To get a new visa i went to the university and got my documents ready.
-well done-
But. (dreadful conjuction)
#To get the visa we need a residence permit.
I had one but it expired. (while i was residencing in an other country)
#To get a new one (and we know this after one hour in line at the immigration office)(bastards) we need:
- house renting contract - have.
- passport with visa - have (but to get a new visa we need a permit!?!)
- photocopy of a document from the house-owner - NO have.
#To get the document i should have access to a locked drawer in a locked office where the chinese guy who vouched for me keeps it.
(he's not [motherpuppet!] coming back in two weeks)
Or talk to the owner BECAUSE the real estate agency doesn't have any copy (the goddamn agent is younger than me)(i'm 19 for christ's sake).
#To talk to the owner I have to go to Korea where he moved and find him (but i don't know his name nor what he looks like (it's on the document).
NOT to MENTION that getting my old residence permit i gave them all of the documents: The police station is the same, so the officer, so me, but THE LAW says each time i have to bring new copies. NEW COPIES???
I COULD make a copy from the COPY i gave you which lies in somewhere in your police station, you bunch of retards.
So. You guys tell me what to do. Before tomorrow 4.30 (than we start being fined).
P.s.
To my family:
do NOT worry guys i'll be okay by tomorrow (whether a sudden solution or a plane back home or a bullet will take care of the trouble)
HAPPY NEW YEAR (second new year in china)(i love this country).
