Mince & Spinach Bolognaise

Chez made me this for dinner tonight - we both liked it but agreed that the recipe called for too much water and the taste was a little bland. We will add and onion, garlic and some herbs and spices and 1/2 the water next time.

Was still yummy though :)

PS. It snowed today!
