River and Pudsey
(Seven and a half months old.)
Today River (see blip - the baby, not the yellow bear) and Mum and me visited River's other big sister, who is at uni and two and a half hours away by train.
Here at home in N. Wales we still have not been granted any proper snow so I was envious to note the snow on the ground at both Warrington and Crewe, where we changed on our journeys. There was only ice on the ground at our destination, however - a lot of it, due to a lot of rain. There were also rows of little icicles hanging from the rims of rubbish bins and such, which was kinda cute, and at one point we passed a metal railing that looked like it had been iced like a cake.
