Mushroom and Blacksticks Blue Risotto

Mushroom and Blacksticks Blue Risotto with Parma Ham crisps.
Not bad, but I think I may have used too much onion. The risotto was oddly bland until I'd added the Blacksticks Blue cheese.
Frankly I needed to stand and stir stock into a pan of rice for thirty minutes after watching Scotland's disappointing performance in the Calcutta Cup this afternoon.
