A Lone tree

Today raining lower down in the glens, but on top windy and snowing. In places the snow was, at its deepest, knee deep but mostly ankle deep. There were quite large icicles hanging from the crags. Got to the top of the first summit where there was a trig point. But wind became stronger and snow showers heavier so descended from there.

On the descent saw this struggling lone tree on the barren hillside.
