Foam roller revenge
Think torture, think foam roller. I know that it does me good but it really hurts. You place your legs on it, roll up and down until you find a sore bit and concentrate your rolling on that area. Backward and forwards until either the pain goes away or you feel like curling up in to a ball. Repeat until you can't take any more.
