Where it all began!

Taken and posted live from Bar des Artes, Sao Paolo. When Bb was brought here on a recce in 2002, he was brought here for lunch by his then employers and immediately fell for the city and all it has to offer. When I then came over shortly after from Bcn to confirm our final decision about moving here, he, in turn, brought me here. It worked. No regrets as they say, and our love affair with Brazil began. There are now, no doubt, better, trendier perhaps, restaurants in Sao Paulo, but this feel-good, traditional family restaurant, set in gardens with the planes flying overhead has a very special place in our hearts.
