I was in Redhill today, taking a few photos for an interesting local project. This was one.

One of the small businesses threatened by proposals for a new giant Asda, if it gets planning permission (hot on the heels of an even bigger Sainsbury's that was given planning permission last year). Had a brief chat with the owner, who didn't seem over keen on the idea.

For some reason, everyone (well, at least me and a couple of friends I spoke to about it last night) calls this place Dave's Oriental Supplies. And we can't remember why.
