Scottish Cake

Dad asked me to make a small cake for them to take to Scotland for the weekend, to surprise their friend with. I don't do small cakes lol! I really enjoy making cakes especially "testing" everything to make sure it tastes good :) It's quite hard to cut long, thin strips of icing without it breaking
