Interior courtyard

This is what our building looks like from the courtyard.

If I'm blipping the building, it is because we didn't get too far from home today. Late last night we discovered a leak from an old, rusty pipe in the bathroom. I think the temperature changes lately may have been too much for it. Anyway, it is dripping a pretty significant amount of water. The landlady's favourite plumber (who was here in December and I agree is very nice...) doesn't work on week-ends. So... we are changing pans under the drip and waiting for his visit on Monday morning.

When things go wrong here we joke that it always sounds better if you add "...in Paris" to the end of your sentence. So, for this weekend, we are dealing with leaky, rusty pipes in Paris.
