Rolls

I've had something of a bread obsession for a couple of years. Today, having decided not to leave the house (until tonight) I've tried a couple of new things while mooching and watching rugby.

These new rolls turned out well but, more excitingly (for me), I've started a proper French Levain.

Come on Scotland!

Except against Ireland!
