Drunk man cannot stand

This photo is totally blurry but as I came to work early for my Thursday women's group meeting, I came upon a man in the middle of the sidewalk trying to get up. He could not find balance and fell several times. A can of beer sat next to his belongings. I could not touch him to help him. I felt ashamed of my fear.
