A Rose
A Rose
A sepal, petal and thorn
Upon a common summer's morn,
A flash of dew, a bee or two,
A breeze
A caper in the trees, ....
And I'm a rose!

While on my way to the Medi Clinic to visit a friend who had had a knee operation, I stopped by our local Catherdral for the day's blip.
It is a beautiful old stone building with stained glass windows and of course, the door is always open.
Inside a florist was busy with the flowers for a wedding taking place over the weekend ...
At that point there were at least four or more very large bouquets consisting mostly of cream roses, St Joseph lilies and the smaller green and white fillers - these bouquets were awesome in their beauty, and with her permission, I happily blipped away.
The Catherdral blip will have to wait for another occasion, but in the meantime, I decided on this single rose for today's blip ..
Constructive criticism is welcome!
