Half a century...

Well, now you know. A friend of mine said that she has felt more grown up since turning 50, so I'm waiting!

The trouble with blip is that when you're uploading your image, you don't get a thumbnail of it to remind you what picture you took. As I am uploading this a day later, I can't remember if it is a shot of the box of my 3rd replacement phone that I picked up today - 3rd time lucky I hope ; or a picture of a present I got for my birthday - a set of stacking jewellery boxes. It will be a nice surprise when I click on the Publish button to see which one I've chosen.

Anyway, I had a lovely birthday, thank you. As someone said, roll on the next 50!!
