Harwich

We are on our way home after a wonderful week in England. It will be good to come home, but I will miss all of my English friends so much.

I packed car as soon as I got up. When that was done, my friend Kath and I took all the dogs for a walk in the woods and when we came home, it was time to say goodbye.

It was a lovely surprise that my friend Karen arrived just a few minutes before I left, so I got to give her a goodbye hug too.

We had a smooth drive from Derbyshire to Harwich. The traffic was busy, but it was not too bad. I arrived in time to take the boys for a walk in Harwich before they have to spend the night in the car on the ferry. Here they are posing on the corner of a Harwich street. Looks like Beat is pulling faces and Whisper disapproves of it :-D

We are now on the ferry and I have just been down on the car deck to take them out for their first little walk. All looked good and the dogs were happy and settled. All well.
